The theme of this year’s IAB Forum is: An Integrated Future.

In a dynamically changing world, where man and technology are reaching each other, diversity is driving innovation, and responsibility is becoming a key value, we want to seek harmony and growth together. To make this possible, it is important to properly identify the tensions, issues and challenges that the communications industry faces today, and to have the courage and determination to set directions, create solutions or promote attitudes that define the future of the industry.
We believe that it is your thoughts and ideas that can help the hundreds of IAB Forum participants to better understand the future of marketing and advertising in Poland.

We invite submissions that address the following areas:

  1. New definitions of growth – How do we interpret growth in a world where quality, sustainability and wellbeing are as important as financial performance? Or are they not?
  2. Between privacy and personalization – How do we balance increasingly accurate outreach to
    consumers with data protection? Where are the boundaries and what are they for?
  3. More than Either/Or – How to combine seemingly contradictory approaches – efficiency with creativity, cost with quality – to achieve breakthrough results?
  4. Man and Technology / Man and AI – What role does technology play today in the daily life of the
    marketing and advertising industry. How does AI support creativity, decision-making and improve
    efficiency? And where does it interfere and create problems?
  5. Well-being, ethics and responsibility – How to take care of well-being in the industry: work-life balance, job burnout, work flexibility? Ethics and responsibility in marketing: ESG, sustainability, decency in advertising activities.
  6. Inclusivity, cooperation and transparency – How to build inclusive campaigns and teams? And who needs it? Why is collaboration the key to success? What examples do we have of effective partnerships in the industry? Finally, what about transparency of briefs, tenders, relationships? Do we really need it?
  7. Innovation and provocation – How to provoke thinking outside the box while maintaining brand authenticity? Or are schemes in a rushing world ok?
